	<div class="river_content_display">I have recently encountered the Peter Principle (people are promoted to their level of incompetence) in a real-world application, and as a result I have begun to reassess my perceptions that hard work, dedication to ones career/job, job competency, and team leadership skills, would be sufficient for upward movement.
 
Could someone clarify why this type of a senior might transpire in todayâ€™s completive economic situation businesses are facing? I would perceive that companies would want the most qualified individuals in key management positions.

During my time I have completed my Bachelors in Business and my Masters in Education. I have seen many students who do not complete his/her time at school. Two of the most common reasons are misinformation and unrealistic expectations  

Way to often student is not provided with correct information related to his/her career selection. When I attend Albright College, Reading PA, the admission represented was detailed in explaining every aspect of the process. 	<div class="river_content_display"><p>I have work in for profit education for over ten years working my way up through the ranks to Assistant Dean of Education. During my time I have completed my Bachelors in Business and my Masters in Education. I have seen many students who do not complete his/her time at school. Two of the most common reasons are misinformation and unrealistic expectations  

Way to often student is not provided with correct information related to his/her career selection. When I attend Albright College, Reading PA, the admission represented was detailed in explaining every aspect of the process.
