Having a good safety plan of how your classroom is layed out and of all of it's safety features. I have a blank layout of my class room and students have to walk around the classroom and put all the safety attributes on the blank layout worksheet. It shows all of the fire extingishers, fire blankets, emergency exits, eyewash stations, power shutoff switches, first aid kits, safety data sheet workbook, fresh air exhaust and fans, hand washing station etc etc...

Many students come into programs they beleave to be a good fit, sometimes they are not a good fit, in but in many cases what choice they chose is the right fit. Those students will do well. On the other hand some students get inspired and find a passion and excell in a program they didn't think they would do well. The delivery of the information by the instructor and encouragements and praise made students feel good about what they were doing and became successful in the program. However, this sinario does not fit some cases and students are ready… >>>

Its always a good things to collaborate with someone who have simular goals an a program you can emulate or model after. 

Much of my study is definitely an eye opener. Also much of my review to this point has brought more of my CTE Practice forfront and has influence my focus to continue the pace guided curriculum set by ASE Industry standards. Also approve by my ASE foundation Accreditation assignment.
