This moduled highlighted to that there are numerous learning disabilities and how they range across a wide spectrum. I will keep this in mind while instructing and interacting with students.

In the first module I learned some of the history associated with learning disabilities. I also learned about the process an individual goes through when learning how to read. I will use cognitively use this information when instructing students.

The students, just like any other individual has daily stressors in their lives. As an instructor I try to perceive how the students are dealing with their stressors and assist them when possible.

Student retention is the responsibility of all the staff members of the organization.

The students are our customers but not our only customers. Students, instructors, employers, ect..., all have an interest in the outcomes from the training.
