I learned more about the Financial Aid process. 

I learned about the different types of audits and the importance of language used by each department that may mean the same thing but different words are being used.  I plan on looking at this to see how to better communicate with one another. 

SOAP notes can be helpful when documenting notes on graduates. 

The importance of internal audits are not just beneficial for before the report is due but something to plan on doing more often such as quarterly to help ensure mistakes have not been made or that something has not been missed.  I think this would be helpful since I am one person looking at the same data all of the time. 

I learned that schools use third party verifiers to complete employment verifications for graduates versus completing verifications themselves and then using third party verifiers when going through the re-accreditation process.

What I found so poignant was the information on gainful employment and that while data is important it was also nice to see that it is hard to measure due to that it is based on by the person their perspective as well as the psychology of what gainful employment actually is.
