I have been in education for 12 years and these are all qualities that have grown and been instilled in me over my experience in the classroom. It is essential to work together as a team to ensure that admissions and academics work together to ensure this process is compelte. One idea we use for recruitment is that admission versus academics have a bet on who can get the most enrollments for a quarter. The winning team gets a pizza party. Because of this, it opens many new leads for new enrollments for the college and helps with meeting goals in admissions.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

I feel this requirement is valid based on educational institutions preparing students to become successful in the workplace. Without these guidelines, any person could obtain an education without being assessed to see if the student fits for the job and has the necessary skills to put forth for the area of degree they are trying to obtain through the school.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

I have also found that when placing students in groups you can automatically tell which students are weak and strong in the subject matter, which helps in the event you have to assign seats during test and exams.  </div>					<!-- </p> -->
