Although I have been in management for 28 plus years I still find my job rewarding, ever changing and challenging. The one thing I do find consistent is people. How succesful we are is a direct reflection to caring about our students, listening and truly doing the right thing for each person. I am humbled daily and honored to help people change their life even if its in a small way.
