I have learned so much about the industry and the policies to follow. I never nknew so much was needed to perform my duties directly and indirectly. I definitely have a better understanding of the regulations and how to implement them. I learned how to better service the student and make sure we provide them with accurate information. Ensure not just my credibity but the institution's credibility

They must give proper training through on-the-job training and Video modules. Consistent interaction with the supervisor about policies and guidelines. Most importantly these things must be brought up in the meetings within the department as just measures to ensure that employees understand and know. No room for "I didn't know..." and "...never heard that before" statements from employees. Also positive office practices from the top down helps to improve the integrity, meaning that all employees are subject to correction and consequences depending on their conduct and actions

When you're misleading you're dishonest, therefore having no integrity. If you're willing to say anything to get the student to enroll, whether its right or wrong, then you will be willing to do anything to anyone. This characteristic shows that you don't care about the student, co-workers, institution, company or anyone around you. This is a major disservice to the prospective student(s).

Integrity is something that should be maintained no matter where you work or go. For education it helps to create credibility as well. If you don't show integrity more than likely it will kill your credibility with others around you. Whether it be prospective students, faculty/staff, co-workers, community, etc. Integrity must be maintained so that we can offer positive and effective education to the peole that deserve it within our communities. We expect integrity from companies we receive a service or good from, so therefore we should provide the same with others. Integrity can either hurt your reputation or help.… >>>
