I've learned that making mistake is an opportunity to grow. No one is exempted from making mistakes and by making mistake, it can be an opportunity for learning because we learn from our mistake. Just like a tennis player, when he made a mistake on how he hits the ball with his racket, he will make adjustments in order to not make the same mistake again.

I've learned how to address and deal with a problem student in your class.  With proper communication, finding solutions, and proper documentation, you will be able to protect yourself and the company when a student is removed from your class and in case litigation happens.

I've learned how to manage different types of students in terms of their behavior.

Students are smart and they will know if an instructor is prepared and has the mastery of the subject matter.  They will know if you are sincere and caring because you touched the very core of their being.  With these, students will be shaped not only and excellent but an extraordinary nurse.

In what way an instructor become seasoned?

With many years of teaching experience till now, this module had increased my knowledge and awareness in the field of education.  I have learned that in order for me to become an "Instructional Delivery Expert," I have to examine myself first as an instructor.  I have to ask myself, "Am I a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and/or IDE (Instructional Deliver Expert)?
