The most important thing I learned from this course was building a course and its layout. It is crucial to build a well thought out course to benefit and assist the online student suceed in the online learning environment. 

The feedback we give online students is very important and can help guide the student on improving his/her content on the assisgnment given. 

In this course I have learned about  synchronis or asynchronis classroom synchronis or asynchronis classroom. Which classroom an instructor will use will depend on the course and what needs to be taught to the student. 

In this lecture I have learned that we as instructors must learn the tools provided to us. If we know what the tools are capable of then we can use them in a productive manner to help advance the students learning. 

I learned that there are 3 stakeholders in determining if the information given is on task with the course. 

In this lesson I learned about formative and summative assessments and the importance feedback is to students. The more information given during the feedback the better guided the student will be in the course. 

I have learned the importance of a syllabus and how that is to guide your students. The syllabus can change in certain circumstances depending on the students and the knowledge or lack of knowledge they are receiving.

1. I have learned how will content be delivered with online learning and how to deliver to the studentsthe content they need. I also was given advice on how our students will be assessed in their knowledge of the content? Understand what  do students know and how we can adapt in online learning to better their knowledge of the content? What can students do to improve their online learning.

I understand the different types of online learners and the problems they /class may face during online learning. I also have learned communication and the type of communication being given is important and the information given may not all be un the same category. Privacy is very Important!!!

Feedback is very important to the student in regards to confidence and guidence.
