]]> ]]> Well balanced traing program regarding issues that are unfortunately a part of our society today. Clearly, the process in which a learning institution must follow are defined in such cases and those charged with making determinations, must ensure that they base those findings on fact rather than inferance or in some cases revenge, jelousy, etc., as it is a persons integrity and life that can be altered/ruined on unsubstantiated evidence.

This course brings the policies to light and the ramifications that could be associated with situations of this nature. While none of us who are asked to interpret and apply these regulations, hold law degrees, we must carefully follow the regulations and use our best judgement in any cases which may arise within our respective organizations.

The content of the course makes the individual more aware of these situations and how to best handle them and ensure all receive due process.
