I often motivate my students by relating my expertise on the subject matter n a way where they don't mind giving feedback even if they are wrong. I let them to that this is a safe place and I rather you get it wrong hear so we can correct the issue before you get ot in the field and cost your company time and money.

I will keep students engaged by having them to understand the seriousness of our trade as well as getting them in small groups to figure out complex troubleshooting solutions to provide your understanding of the material covered.

I bring excitement to the class room because I love what I do. I love to open up with the joke of the day to get their attention. I then often have them engaged in a fix my problem conversation where they tell me how to troubleshoot a mechanical A.C. issue.

It is important to understand your student needs in order to help them to accomplish their goals. No matter what your age group is we all want to succeeed. Motivating your studenta and encouraging to stay focus on why we are here will help them to bring a positive perspective to the learning environment.

I will pay attention with the behavior of the student and address personality issues in a calm and constructive way to resolve issues thst may cause the learning environment to suffer. I will teach them to remain focus on why we are here. I will remid them of their strengths and encouraged them to always set your goals in life at a high level in order to achieve success.
