All the grievances should be investigated and as stated the refinement process is very important depending on the circumstances witnessed.

Very informative session.  The Title IX coordinator is responsible to coordinate the necessary trainings to all staff, students and faculty members and reporting incidents is extremely important.

The review of Title IX, VAWA and the Clery Act has been very informative.  While we teach in an online environment, we still need to know of all the regulations, policies, and procedures. 

Effective planning and prior preparation of content to be taught results in beneficial teaching as well as learning. 

Having the introduction done at the beginning of the class would help both the teacher and the students understand each other better and would also aid the instructor to decide the pace of teaching.

Giving a brief idea about the course syllabus will help the students to understand what they will be learning during the course and aid them in setting their own goals.

Be student-oriented teacher and keep learning through teaching, always set an example of role model so the students get motivated to learn more and more.

As an instructor it's very important to understand each student and give them the feedback based on their performances which will help them to correct and modify their way of learning and get motivated to learn more about the subject.

Learnt how to keep students engaged and on track during the course. 

Two-way communication is very important in keeping the class engaged and gives more opportunity to learn students.
