Personally I can't work under pressure. It really stresses me out. This learning course has tremendously help me to avoid getting stressed out when I do encounter stress.

How does one cope with stress? This module have giving many guidelines to cope with stress. Each individual decide which is best for them.

As the module stated "stress is between our goals and capabilities." It is true as an instructor that we have many goals to accomplish. We all know trying to accomplish these goals tends to stress most of us to the max. Knowing that these goals needs to be accomplished, the signs of stress is dismissed. We try to deal with it. I would like to do a survey on how many instructors who have high blood pressure? Do most of us just treat this with medication; or do we realize that the stressors we encounter as an instructor causes us… >>>

Computerized Gradebook

The college where I teach has always had a computerized gradebook. Its very hard to imagine that a college do not have computerized gradebooks. Imagine if you have 26 students in you class and you have to break out your calculator to do the grades. Think about the time that it will take to this. As stated in the module "Using Technology modern technologhy can really help save time in teaching."

]]> I learn to place my emotions on the back burner many years ago. Emotions play a huge part in your workplace. Your emotions can lead to stress and stress can lead to emotional breakdown and ill health. Only you can control your emotions and stress. I will be more conscientious about "soft skills and hard skills" in my daily routine. Two things that will always be a part of my skills are compassion and common sense. As always. I obtained a wealth of knowledge from this course that will help me in my job.
