Ethics is defined as "the study of what we should do, focusing on fairness, duties, and character, providing standards for acceptable behavior in life, professions, and society, rather than just personal feelings." I see this as the act of doing what you are supposed to be doing and being respectful, even when people are not watching. Through my training and work experience, I see how important this is throughout the admissions process and the recruitment of students. Everyone deserves the same time and attention to get them to where they want to go in the next chapter of their lives.
