It is extremely important to make sure that students/prospective students understand what they are signing up for and what is their responsibility as well the responsibility of the school. Promises should never be made and all employees should be made aware of the dangers in misrepresenting. My question is what is the best way to ensure that this doesn't happen at the campus level?
