About me

I am currently an adjunct instructor for Harrison College. I have taught for 3 quarters. I have enjoyed it and have learned so much each term. I have an undergrad in Marketing/Sociology and a minor in Spanish. I recently completed my Masters in Organizational Leadership. I have worked in management and have been in a customer service role for internal and external customers. I like training type positions and helping others grow. After 20+ years of working in an office environment I decided I wanted to seek employment opportunities that offered some flexibility such as online.

My biggest question...How do I make a student stay with the material?How can a student stay linked long enough to complete the course? How can they complete the material long enough to finish out the quarter and not just long enough to receive their financial aid?

Statistically, what percentage of individuals will I really be able to reach in an online environment?
