My name is Omar Garcia Rodriguez. I recently completed my DrPH in Environmental Health and also hold an MS in Epidemiology. I have extensive experience in biostatistics, public health research, genomics, and cancer studies, and I have taught and mentored students at various levels.

I’m passionate about applying scientific research to real-world problems, particularly in public health, environmental health, and epidemiology. In this course, I hope to learn new teaching strategies and connect with other educators to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring scientific innovations, reading about new research in health and environmental sciences, and contributing to academic discussions.
