Thus, I will keep a tight log of, by example, instructions and will review them before posting. It is also important to keep this master record-keeping system up to date. Many students bring up some great points right before the deadline. The challenge with this late posting of replies is that other students may not see them as the discussion is close to closure. Going forward, I will keep the 'best of the best' communications in a single file. Reason, there may be a great response to a particular question but the instructor may have forgotten which specific class it was referenced in. Thus, I will keep a tight log of, by example, instructions and will review them before posting. It is also important to keep this master record-keeping system up to date. Instructors should revisit content to keep the content from getting old or dated.&#160;</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

Many students bring up some great points right before the deadline. The challenge with this late posting of replies is that other students may not see them as the discussion is close to closure. Additionally, be sure to spike out specific comments made by the student. This lets the student know that the instructor read and considered the posting.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

<p>1. Personal Domain - reach out to students to open lines of communication and trust.</p>
<p>2. Relational - express that the instructor understands the challenges of going to college and offers assistance where needed.</p>
<p>3. Contextual - Within the context of the class, clearly establish the requirements driving success in the class.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

As defined the class material, the instructor should be able to provide facets. The instructor may not be able to solve some technical issues, however, they should at least know how to direct the student. Secondly, knowing that there may be many roads to the same goal, be cognizant of setting expectations with the students in alignment with the university policy.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
