Hello Susan, I agree with the tutorial that Leadership is directing others to act for their own good when they hesitate due to fear or lack of self-confidence. It is about the Leader having the experience, trustworthiness, and confidence to evoke the trust of others to follow his/her direction.

I find that effective communication is difficult to discuss with other people. Most people have difficulty looking at the real truth. We all find it hard to see ourselves in truth. This means facing up to our mistakes. I can give an example. I made a big mistake and did not follow up on a gift of 2000 shares of stock in a company traded on the Nasdaq.
