What I've learned in this course is that teachers are more than teachers, they are motivators and sometimes the backbone that the student needs to stay focused and feel that they are getting what they need out of the assignment . I plan on being a motivator and a support system to my students.

I've learned that, Collaborative learning is an educational method in which students work together to explore a significant question, solve a problem, complete a task or create a product. I plan on using collaborative learning amongst my students to encourage teamwork and communication amongst each other 

The one thing i learned from this course is that Rubric helps the instructor grade online assignments to help alleviate to the instructors stress or frustration. I plan on utilizing Rubric to help with grading as much as possible.

I've learned in this segment that providing the necessary online tools such as video editing to the students , gives them the solid foundation of having what they need to learn, and utilize what they had learned in the upcoming class projects and in their daily activities on the job. I intend on providing my students with troubleshooting Q& A , to help facilitate problems that might arise during the process of completing an assignment.

What I have learned from this module is that facilitating active learning into the curriculum can increase a students learning ad keep them engaged throughout the course of their learning. It also can increase retention and help with understanding . I intend on applying some active learning techniques to the course material such as acting out in class (F2F) or online a case study to capture the students perspective and get a better understanding of how the information is being retained by the student.
