Same here! I started 1/17/11 and was so overwhelmed. I wrote down everything I heard and made sure that if I didnt understand something, I asked. At first I was nervous knowing I had to do the Max Knowledge training because of the testing, but after all was said and done, I did very well.  The course was set up in a way to learn key concepts either by breifing them prior to the test or asking your peers and getting feed back from what others have experienced.
