I learned the importance of keeping an up to date resource book as well as admission requirements, credit transfer requirements, and policies and rules for  the F.A.C. 

I learned the importance of understanding the programs available at my institution to assist the potential students with understanding the potentials being offered to them. This section showed the importance of not only understanding each program, but also the staff involved to better assist potential students and marketing we use an the importance of the understanding the demographics we target.

I learned the importance of keeping up to date with the financial aid and admission's processes and paperwork. I understand the importance of keeping my own documents for verification and explanation of policies and agreements necessary to inform potential students filling out the agreement/ applying for financial aid.

I have learned many definitions and their importance to my work. I've learned that these resources are crucial to me providing support to students. I've learned the value of keeping a resource notebook up to date for access to this information and a resource to help me over the course of my work.
