Utilizing check list is important in my role and it ensures that each interview is conducted efficiently. I also compile all necessary forms and paperwork into pre-assembled admission packets that really help the process. Staying abreast to the latest revisions is essential to ensure school policies and procedures are updated accordingly.

A successful organization or school truly relies on the strength of both leadership and management in order to set a clear vision, remain relevant and innovative with the ability to adapt to industry changes, while keeping your team aligned with the vision and inspired to fulfill their roles in executing that vision. Being a strong leader is having the ability to recognize the strengths in others and being able to cultivate the weaknesses.

Although there are differences in the role of Managers and Leaders, there are many traits that are essential to both roles.  Leaders cast the vision and Managers implement and execute the plan to make the vision happen.

My perspective of good management is having the ability to inspire, influence, and direct others to achieve company goals by setting the standard and being able to demonstrate that standard by example.  Therefore, I believe good management also requires a combination of great leadership skills in order to effectively lead your team.

 The information I read in this module is again of the most importance , as enrollment applicationmust be complete and have the student sign and given a copy of their enrollment application at the enrollment time.  yes its good to prepare an enrollment package and list all the questions, requirements, and knowing where to send the student to complete their emrollment which financials are apart of the enrollment  and where and how to file the student application.

 am very motivate to continue this course anually as it helps me to know the compliance rule better ,and to treat each student with the atmost respect and  allow all students the same priveledge,as I operate in the role of the director of education and instructor,  and also admissions. its very important  to the success of our school. the director should be able to perform  in any of these capacity needed.

The information provided in this module  is  very important ,information to give to the students, the staff,the faculty  is critical , because this information is truly  the foundation of any institue.  That we may relate  the information that is vital , this will ensure, smooth  enrollment ,  it builds  the confidence of the team and  to give the school the professional and fair  representation  by providing the training required.

As leaders it is our responsibility to set the standard and culture of the educational environment.  We must first "MODEL" the very behavior and standards that we wish to create.  Then we must "MENTOR" our students to help them achieve the standards that have been set. Recognition and awards is a great way to encourage students and to show that their success matters.  "MONITORING" the students with a form of consistent expectations will hold each student accountible and taking ownership of their own success.
