I real found this Retention class very helpful It had all the necessary information that can be used or applied to make retention better. There were lot of things that will work as eye opener. The importance of all being involved in retentiona and not just the designated person was great.

I would recommend this course to very person working in a school.

I agree that aretention should not be the sole responsibility of the instructor or a designated official for retention. Its should be the responsibility of all departments. Though the Instructors have a greater role to play in retention as the spend the most time with the students.

Th place I work in the Instructors are not totally orientated in the better practices of orientation. As we have desifgnated official to take care oif the retention. This is wrong. If the classroom management is good and the instructors are well supported by other staff members then retention can be really good.… >>>

It reaaly a great course for instructors and administrators. Its really gives avery good insight into the retetion strategies. I really like the orientation impact on retention and the placement importance with the students.
