managers should have good organization for team members 

what to and what not to avoid 

I have found way to communicate better int he office with management and coworkers that best fits our office. I feel if I need to speak with my manger I know when a good time is to do so and etc. 

Taking action in increments helps you see the partial results of your fix, and determine if the action will be successful if fully implemented.

group decisions are good 

learning to respond to personal feedback 

hold your thought until speaker is done 

understand non verbal communication 

learned about what is important when it comes to meeting and how to better prepare yourself.
