I am also a relatively new instructor and I enjoyed the Class Management Strategies class very much.  It seems the information presented in this course is based on real psychology and sociology concepts.  How we think and how we communicate are so important.  I now realize that when I first started teaching, I probably came off as very cold to the students.  I was so nervous about my abilities and also worried about the students trying to take advantage of my newness.  Now I really enjoy all my communication opportunities with the students, and I think that the students feel… >>>
