Gettimg to know students and letting the students get to know you helps to ease the fears and build relationships. WIth any relationships it  takes time to build a rapport but introductions helps to set the stage for the relationshio 

Preparing for a class helps in organization. It is important to set the tone for each clase to help motivate students.

I always remember that I can constantly learn. Learning encourages growth professionally and as a person. Knowing that we will never stop learning helps us to bring new knowledge to others.
