The enducational record would be their admissions forms, finacial aid forms and academic records.
I also would take their name and phone number. I would then give the student the information. There is a lot of outside problems with our students and I do not want to give the wrong information to the wrong person.
I think we have to stay on top of the standards for the compliance and regulatory agencies. This way we are not stressing out when we know that we have an audit coming up.
I am glad that I took this course. It makes sense with all that we do here to stay in compliance.
Accurate information is a must. We can not help the students succeed if we do not give them accurate information to start with.
Continuing Education is a must.....there is no other way to keep on top of changes in laws, rules, regulations. There are always changes in the medical field regarding norms for procedures. Continuing educations also reminds us, wakes up our minds and has us look at things again. Continuing educations helps us from becoming complicant.
I understand more the paperwork process in admissions. This does help with making sure that the potential student understands what is involved with the school that they are applying for.
Tiffany I agree with you the information in this program is informative and helps me to be able to monitor compliance for our school. It allows me to understand that eveyone needs to stay follow all of the rules and standards so that all students are given a fair choice of schools and education.
