This module is particularly helpful in keeping students engaged in discussions, creating small groups, monitoring the discussions and inviting shy students to participate.

This module emphasized the importance of getting to know and engage the students and also taught many strategies to keep a presence in the online setting.

This module has reinforced the need to familiarize myself with all the course delivery techniques and strategies so that I can better support the students.
