Preferences are how others like to learn and while although students may not be willing or receptive you should try and do your best to cover multiple styles 

Make sure assess that changes are not due to processing of multiple languages 

Race is something society has come up with to generalize a group of people. culture is an individual experience. Instead of trying to group individuals together we need to see them as their own separate experience 

Learned to embrace the multilingual student. Would then try and figure out how to incorporate the use of giving students a sense of confidence in embracing it 

The fact that purpose must be one of the main drivers to continue on with motivation. external factors is not enough and not something I always knew how to address. Autonomy and challenges being things that can help with this 

Leadership is ultimately responsible for the over all vision and plan, while management sets to figure out how to best make that vision/plan achievable. Hope to be able to use this understanding and market myself to be able to move towards roles that include management and leadership

So far this module has given the statistics to what many experience when it comes to poor management. I am excited to learn more about what is needed for leadership and management 

Learning about these two I did not realize prizes could actually be a negative 

Making sure to provide security and give students time to respond 

I enjoy gamification in the classroom and learned how to add some more layers to the activities that I have already tried to implement. It was interesting to hear the statistics on gamification and realize that the interest ranges in the demographics
