My purpose is to support people using a nonjudgmental, empathetic, strengths-based approach. And I love it so much I decided to train others to do it too! I started out as a regular instructor, then moved up to lead instructor, and now I am the Program Coordinator for Human Services and 2 other college programs on my campus.

My passion is to empower others to help themselves and to resolve their own issues by providing choice and resources. I am optimistic, creative, and strengths-based in my approach. I believe in the healing power of nature, animals, and music.
