How to properly use communication skills and assessments. Such as whether students actually know the material vs can simply repeat it, and that assessments do not have to be time consuming. 

Using open and closed questions have different uses and should be used in conjuction.

It's best to mix up all the different learning styles for each lesson

Practice all the different methods by videoing yourself and re-watch it.

Give support to all. Though different students need different support. 

One big thing is handling a difficult student. Take a step back if needed.

Teamwork, syllabus making to better articulate points, and the airplane icebreaker are all things that I plan on implementing.
