The most important part I saw with the section was that the instructor has to being active facilitator and not just post the rules but to go back to different points when necessary and to tactfully use the email to individual students to either correct disruptive behavior or to answer questions or to bring people into the discussion.

II think the the most important part that I like was supplying the feedback and how to supply that feedback. Since for the most part we will be asynchronous or at least we cannot see a person written responses have to be at a particular time that is it's close to immediate as possible since you can't just say something to somebody. also since students will be responding probably asynchronously they need to get the information so that they can respond to that information.

II especially like the effective ways of projecting your presence and e-learning environment. In particular the initiation and leading of synchronous discussions and overseeing those discussions. Additionally the overseeing of team projects. 

I learned that familiarizing yourself with the course delivery techniques and strategies is tremendously important. one it's important for you to know how to navigate so that you can prepare your course but also so that you can frame activities and requirements well for the students. One technique was having a navigational simplicity of showing the course and the modules and how the lessons of broken down so that the students can see where things are going and how they sort of fit together.
