Assessment and evaluation of the internship is important.  Were all the objectives met is a key consideration.

By engaging students in hands-on experiences and reflection, they are better able to connect theories and knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world situations. Students become able to step into the workplace and adapt the skills that they have learned.

Many adult learners are self-directed.

 A major part  is an understanding of life from the student's point of view.

The promotion of active listening consists of making empathetic comments, asking questions, paraphrasing, and summarizing.

I want to understand who is speaking and communicate my interest as the listener.

• Communication is key in the learning process.  

Students must see the relevancy of their learning.

Creation assignments that may align with real world experiences.

 Students get to apply what they have been learning and see if they are prepared to work in the real world.

I will create a natural engaging atmosphere within my classes.  Students should look forward to coming or signing in to your classes because they know they will be receiving valuable content and build on their knowledge base. Providing challenges in the learning process is beneficial.
