<p>My name is Lindsey Fillman and I currently am Online Instructor / Student Affairs Academic Advisor for a Career Institute based in Delaware. I've been with the same school for almost 4 years and can honestly say that 'I Love My Job'. The courses that I am currently teaching are as follows:  Fundamentals of Medical Coding I and II, Advanced Medical Coding I and II, Medical Billing and Coding Practicum, MOSS: Automated Medical Office, Medical Office Procedures, Medical Transcription, HIPAA - Privacy and Security, and Medical Office Equipment & Procedures. In addition to these courses, I monitor each students' academic progress from the first day enrolled to the last. The entire online student body is to reach out me if there are any technical difficulties, software or course content questions, personal issues that may inhibit the learning experience, etc. My workload is quite extensive, but I do have assistance if needed. The more I continue to learn in my own professional development, the better I am able to teach my students. </p>
