It is quite important to meet the needs of the student, so wearing glasses, contacts etc could also be viewed as a disability. As an educator we should definitely focus strategies to help the student, have students sit a distance apart before the exam, give various types of exams, short answer, case studies instead of mainly T/F and multiple choice exams. Do note taking with the angry student, third party person to be present while disciplining the student or merely speaking with the student. It is quite important to meet the needs of the student, so wearing glasses, contacts etc could also be viewed as a disability. If you are educated on the Disability Act and what falls under this title it will protect you as an educator as well as increase your level of knowledge thusly allowing you to instruct safely and with an understanding.&#160;</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
