I believe getting to know the students, establishing and implementing their learning skills, would be easier to teach the class as a whole.

I've learned the difference between asynchronized and synchronized communication and it was very insightful. Implementing these tools would help with being more interactive with the student.

Iv learned that its important to get to get to know the students and for the students to get to know the instructor in order to create comfort and respect in an online learning environment. 

I learned that implementing an efficient curriculum, the student will have effectively learned the course content.

In this module, I learned that is it important to apply the different learning styles when teaching. As I develop my teaching techniques, I will implement the learning styles to be able to create a good learning environment. 

It is essential to get to know the student and for the student to get to know the instructor because it provides both the student and the Instructor a sense of value and respect.

Projecting confidence is essential when teaching because it creates trust for the student. Having a plan and creating a good course is a good way to accomplish my teaching goals.

Creating a personal development plan is essential to becoming a good instructor. Including positive energy and and an enthusiastic attitude helps with keeping the students motivated as well.
