This course has taught me the design of overall course outcomes and making them suitable for the students.

Using email is another line of communication because I believe everything should have a paper trail. If nothing is documented, that means that it did not happen.

Engaging is very important when it comes to student learning and understanding. There may be students who are not the best at engagement, so my job is to get them out of their shells.

I learned that even when at a distance, it is essential to maintain a professional demeanor.

I learned that teaching online may be easy for some, but not for most, so my delivery of how to express the information is essential.

Ive learned that it is best to be honest when it comes to speaking with the students. Having great communication will be vital because we want the best for each student and their future

I learned that accommodations should be determined on a case-by-case basis,a nd that the student feels comfortable enough to learn for their success.

I  have learned that it is important to know your students because not all disabilities are obvious, and not many people know when they do have a disability unless they bring it to their doctor's office.

I have learned that defusing the situation without making the student feel like they are not being heard is my number one priority.

I have learned to be clear when it comes to different learning styles. I want to make sure that each student understands what they are learning, and I want to supply an environment where each student feels comfortable and confident that they will get their work done. Communication is key to an amazing classroom and learning style.
