I have learned that when using FERPA all may not always go the way of the student or instructor. it is always good to have a papertrail for protection.

I learned that FERPA is very good for protection. 

I have learned that it is very important to stay up to date with FERPA guidelines, as things often change. I also learned that information is safe and private. 

I have learned that FERPA is very useful in keeping the students' privacy and making them feel safe and protected, as well as the instructors. 

I have learned that it is good to stay connected with students and make sure all online content is accurate. Keeping an open communication is very important for the students because sometimes they may feel as if they are not being heard. 

After reading, I have learned that knowing your personality asana instructor is very important. You need to be able to receive constructive criticism in every aspect as an instructor so that your class has the best version of you. 

I have learned that personality traits are very important not only for the instructor, but for the learner as well. 

By understanding your students you will know what exactly their learning and it will help them with their learning styles as well. 

I have learned that there are so many different types which is helpful to learn each one 

Critical thinking is critical when doing assignments
