Hello Everyone,

I am currently the IT instructor and Online Learning Coordinator at my Campus. I have been in the education field since 2003 and “I LOVE IT”. There is only one down fall and I think that we all can agree…. I wish the educational field paid more.

I love to see my students graduate and make something of them. When they enter school with all the doubts and obstacles, I tell them my story of what it took for me to get where I am.

My students tell me every day that they are so thankful that I am here and that I “TRULY” care about them. It warms my heart and keeps me motivated.

It was stated that a school should not discriminate against candidates to the institution. My question is, how can a school save face when a potential student comes in with a tinted background? Is it fair to allow the student to enter the school and complete the degree even if they are not employable?

]]> I really enjoyed taking this ED105 course. It has given me the confidence that I am on the right track with my individual learning, as well as the delivery for my students. I like to combine my classes with lectures, PowerPoints, videos, audios, games, group settings and much more.

I love that my school gives us the opportunity to brush up on our skills with MaxKnowledge and at times, learn new skills.
