Some times we run across a student that just doesnt want to be help on the outside. The students secretly wants help but does'nt want to appear weak. These are the students that need help the most. If we the educator refuse to help or to even reach out to the student then we loose them. Example the student is haveing a hard time with the course material and instead of letting on he does not understand he simplely acts out behavior wise. rolling with the punches

I find that most student will give there best if the instructor involves the class in the lesson plan. The instructors should learn to be flexiable with the lesson plan some times the old pour and snore method just doesnt work. make the lecture fun by having the student move with lesson. Occasionally it leave the instuctor open to failure but if you roll with the punches you can over come the set back and learn a new way of getting the student involved.
