In the day time, I work for Kaiser Permanente as the Data Quality Manager. I've worked with Kaiser for 12 years helping the physicians learn how to document and code for services provided to patients. I'm a 1998 graduate from ACC as well. I’ve worked in the medical billing and coding field for 17 years and also have a master in health administration and a master in management.
