I found the keys to communication helpful; I plan to particiapte, give credit for taking part in communication avenues, allowing anonyminty (when appropriate) encourage collaborations and being realistic. This are new to me as I deliver online teaching to middle schoolers

I really like the idea of creating a Learning Database to have a central location for files, graphics, videos and other things of intrest that students (and I) can easily access and organzises the information.

This module is new to my teaching, as I am a middle school teacher and helping students participate appropratly in an online manner is new to me. I learned that it is imporatnt to provide guidelines and expecations for discussion group, a newer concept for those that have never had discussions in an online format. It will also be helpful to have rubrics for online discussions so students aware of the expecatations

As a middle school teacher, online teaching at the beginning of next year will be a challenge I never had to face before. We build our relationships in the first week with fun, 'getting to know you' activites. I and my co-teachers will need to use the introductory slides shows we make and either post them, or use a platform like Screencastify to go thorugh it and introduce ourselves. I will definatly make sure to conntact each studnt individually at the end of the first day to give a personal greeting

While this class is more for teaching college online classes and I am  middle school teacher, the most important topic I learned was about tech support, and teaching the tech aspect of online learning. My district uses Google Classroom, but no one was required to use it until recently. Teacher training didnt take place prior, yet some teachers have learned to use on thier own. Some students have a working ability to use it, but with various levels, becuase it hasnt been consistant.
