Although i notice some of my students had narcissistic behavior but i think it was present with same percent in all generation whom i taught for the last forty years. I say the percent of students are not dominating in today's students. ofcourse narcissistic depends on how the parents build up thier child,i think if the parents have narcissistic behaviour the child will have too. thank you

I think it is absolutly necessary to inform the students accuratly and precisly what are the requirments of every program available in the college and what the students should expect in each program he selected to enroll in it, so that he would not tend to be dropped because he faces some thing that he can not comply, example the program may have difficult classes that it is difficult for him to understand, or her /his job or family engagements would not allows him to attend every day in certain time and this may result in dropping the student because… >>>

I think in order for any college to have good reputation in order to encourage more students to enroll in it,it need to hire highly qualified faculties with teaching experience also the college should retain the facuty who proves to be in high standard in corresponding with the goal and expectation of the college.in my openion
it is not good attitude to change the staff and faculty so offen because the college and students will loss a member who gained experience of the style,regulation and rules of the college.

i think every college must have a catologe avaiable to students and prospective students
informing them all the regulation and rules of the different deparments in that college so that the students have all the necessary information before they decide to enroll in that particular college

it is important that instructor will not stick to one method or style used in the lecture but in order tobring the students attention ,the instructor should change his styleusing different
style even in the same lecture.

the first day of the course has a very important impact on the students .this require the instructor to prepare for this day before the classes start by being a model,encourage and motivating the students so that make the students make a resolution to continue enrolling in the course.

it is very important students should be familiar with syllabus on the first session of the coures and the instrutor should take enough time to read and explain each point in the syllabus

after discussing any part of the lecture subject
and in order to make sure that students under stand the subject the instructor ask uestions and see how many students were able to answerecorrectly also you may ask one students to sumerise what was saidin the last few minutes.
