I've not added games to my online live chat...there are online activities the students can use, but I have no idea if they actually use them.

Although I've been teaching online for 6 years now, I still learned something new from the course. I took notes when I felt it was something I could add to my class. I honestly never thought of out right asking my students: one thing they wish I would stop doing, one thing they wish I would start doing, and one thing they wish I would continue doing. I'm going to do it next session...cant wait to see their answers!

Looking back to my orientation when I was a new instructor- I got GREAT instruction from my mentor at the college who helped me… >>>

]]> ]]> I realized my grading rurbrics are not clear and concise enough for student feedback.

Even though I respond to each student on their post, the grading rubric does not give enough specific information on why their post was not as successful as it could be.
