I do think that people are so innundated nowadays that they seem to avoid being able to be in all these other chats and offerings. While teachers/professors go above and beyond to help their students, students do not always have the time to 

be in live chat etc. It's unfortunate really as students would learn so much more.

I think this type of adaptive learning relies on both. I think there has to be a happy medium 

which in turn can cause successful learning happening.

I like You tube for when I make my own instructional videos. But I don't think we should use you tube to borrow others instruction. 

I think if we are using you tube to borrow, the problem becomes that someone else is teaching and we aren't in our own class.

Does that make sense?

I think this is before the whole copyright issue as being on youtube I don't know where the legal problem would come into play. If someone doesn't want their stuff borrowed they can private all of it.

I think the difficulty level should be the same.

But I'm not sure if every quiz or test needs a totally different test for an absent group. My high school child complained that her AP US tests were more difficult and different if they were absent. And complained that only her teacher did this not the other AP US teacher. I think she might have felt more confident if the teacher was more flexible than so rigid. If absent the teacher only allows the student to come in before school to take a test nothing else. On a personal… >>>

I think the Course Smart actually reinforces students knowledge. It's just like on here when we use our quizzes for the development. I think this is the one time I think the quizzes reinforce the knowledge.

I find that most students do well if they take the time to read and take the time to fill out the quiz.
