I was definitely in need of this course : )

  I couldn't have taken this course at a more opportune time...I have a couple of repots in conflict. I printed out the course and am following the notes.

]]>   I finished ED115 and managing emotions was an interesting concept. Controlling the progression of negative emotions is a valuable concept and worth experimenting with. "Choosing" a new emotion in the middle of a conflict is challenging so need to do it early before I become too far into the process.
