The importance of organizational structure due to many steps in the admissions process and many people in different departments within the institution. The difference in a online and veteran enrollment process. I intend to use this information when speaking to prospective students.

Also, about the Grievance and Complaint Policies procedures that the Florida Commission for Independent Education has set for the institutions to follow.
