This method gives you a general idea of the studentâ&#128;&#153;s current knowledge in the subject matter.  I realize that some students do not test well or may be reluctant therefore resulting in a poor result.  In this case I think it would be advantages to communicate to the class that this is clearly assessment and grades will not be recorded. This communication between student and instructor can set the tone for the students learning experience.  I find myself struggling each session with this element. Many students have a fear of online classes because the feel in some sense they are learning on their own.  When a instructor in constantly communicating and interacting with the students that gives the students a sense of comfort.  It is important for a student to be as comfortable as possible as not to hinder the learning process; it frees some of the stress on encounters when approaching something new. 	<div class="river_content_display">When grading task it is important to be consistent and fair.  I find that the grading process is the more time consuming than preparing a lesson plan.  I suppose it should be.  I find that some student can provide more information in fewer words than others can.  I am looking for a method that I can consistently use to ensure I am being fair in grading; especially with providing feedback to the student. 	<div class="river_content_display"><p>To be honest, procrastination has always been a big issue in my life.  I can plan way ahead of time to find that he issue or event has arrived and I have not done what I said I would do.  I can imagine that we all have experienced procrastination at some point or another.  I often ask the question; why do we do this to ourselves?  Do we really enjoy all this pressure and stress we put ourselves through?  IÃ¢â&#130;¬â&#132;¢m thinking that many of us are thrill seekers; otherwise we would manage our time better.

	<div class="river_content_display">When grading task it is important to be consistent and fair.  I find that the grading process is the more time consuming than preparing a lesson plan.  I suppose it should be.  I find that some student can provide more information in fewer words than others can.  I am looking for a method that I can consistently use to ensure I am being fair in grading; especially with providing feedback to the student.  I would appreciate any help and/or suggestions.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

	<div class="river_content_display"><p>To be honest, procrastination has always been a big issue in my life.  I can plan way ahead of time to find that he issue or event has arrived and I have not done what I said I would do.  I can imagine that we all have experienced procrastination at some point or another.  I often ask the question; why do we do this to ourselves?  Do we really enjoy all this pressure and stress we put ourselves through?  IÃ¢â&#130;¬â&#132;¢m thinking that many of us are thrill seekers; otherwise we would manage our time better.
