As well we were able to know in this part of the training; It is important to know how the institution in which we work works; your study programs, scholarships, payment facilities, financial aid for students, etc. It is also important to have a personalized attention approach to each student who enters through each of the various marketing campaigns, offering them all the information on the study program of interest. The counselor must make use of his best virtues, honesty, ethics, professionalism, etc.

Greetings colleagues. As we well know, the admissions process and the completion of the registration forms is a process that can take time, always depending on future students. In my opinion, each Admissions Advisor should always guide and support the student so that he or she maintains interest in starting their studies. Therefore, the Advisor must ensure that the enrollment documents delivered to the student are correct and current. Communication with the student and the clarification of any doubts they may have through personalized attention will provide added value to the admissions process.

It seems super essential to take into account all this knowledge and receive training periodically in order to be better every day in our profession.
